Designed over 25 years of hands-on site carpentry by Simon Hackett. The Edge Pro™ Twin Pack includes our two most essential precision chisels — 25mm (1") for clean paring and mortise clearing, and 19mm (3/4") for fine joinery. Both feature pre-sharpened, cryo-treated replaceable Japanese SK4 high carbon steel tips mounted on laser-sintered M300 Maraging steel bodies.

How does the replaceable tip mechanism work?
A precision-machined dovetail channel and high-tensile set screw lock the razor-sharp A2 cryo tip solidly in place without any play. When a tip dulls or catches a nail, loosen the screw, insert a fresh pre-ground tip, and tighten. Zero downtime, zero sharpening.
Are replacement tips readily available?
Yes! We stock replacement tip 4-packs (25mm, 19mm, and mixed) with next-day dispatch. Each tip is priced around £6, saving hours of sharpening time.
