Never waste another minute on site sharpening damaged edges. Precision CNC machined from Japanese SK4 high carbon steel, cryogenically hardened to 61–63 HRC, and ground to 25° only (no micro-bevel grinding). Swap tips in under 30 seconds.

How do I change the tip?
Use the hex wrench provided with your Edge Pro chisel to loosen the recessed locking screw on the underside of the chisel neck by 1.5 turns. Slide the old tip out, insert the new pre-sharpened tip into the dovetail slot until fully seated, and tighten the screw securely.
Can I recycle used tips?
Yes! Our tips are pure A2 steel and 100% recyclable with any metal scrap, or you can repurpose them as scrapers and detail carving blades.
